I offer a 15 minute phone consultation to help us determine if we might want to work together.
You can feel free to leave a message on my confidential voicemail at 503.966.8437. Email is never secure but is available with accepted risk. When we talk, I am happy to answer your questions and to hear a bit about what you are looking for. If we decide to move forward together, I ask that you check with your insurance to verify behavioral health services are covered.
In our first session:
You will experience what it feels like to share space with me and see how it feels for us to collaborate. We will explore presenting concerns and what you would like out of counseling. I invite you to tell me what you think is important for me to know about you and your past, making time for you to ask me questions about how I work and about how we may work together to meet your goals.
By the end of our first session:
We create a plan regarding what comes next. Often people know right away that they would like to work with me---other times people need to sit with it and come to a decision later. Finding a good fit is SO IMPORTANT and I want to support you in that process in any way that feels right to you.
If we decide to work together:
We will agree on a day and time that works for us to meet on a regular basis. I recommend meeting on a weekly basis or bi-monthly basis so that we may start creating more space for your well-being right away.
Fees and payment:
I charge $175 per hour and sessions are generally between 50-60 minutes . I accept cash, and credit card due at time of service. I am paneled in network with the following insurance companies: Pacific Source, Aetna, MODA, United, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Trillium, OHP Open Card, Care Oregon, Providence and Cigna. I offer limited sliding scale slots for individuals with financial hardship.
